Tmf 100% Premium Quality Parrot Supreme Blend Bird Seed , 15 Lb

October 2017 update...I still love thIs seed for my African Greys, but the two main features that made me love it have seemed to slide by the wayside. I'm really hoping it was just a fluke with the last bag I bought. To start with... The price has doubled!! Which I basically felt would happen. It was too good to be true!!It seems like everytime you find something you really like, AND, is available at an amazing price, will NOT ever stick around for very long. Secondly, and most upsetting is what was both of my birds favorite ingrediant is now practically obselete. When I bought my first two bags, there we're so, so many almonds throughout the mix. I was shocked when I read so many of the reviews stating their birds didn't like the almonds!! And here they were my birds favorite part!!I am going to try one more bag with big, big hopes there will be a lot more almonds next time.Original Reveiw...I am so, so happy that I somehow came across this seed. I did a search and this was one of the options. It does have sunflower seeds, but...it's not 90% sunflower seeds like one bulk bag I previously purchased. It has a very nice variety of the items that my two AFG's absolutely love. Usually, it'll take my birds a couple days to accept anything new...but tonight I fed them a few pieces by hand first and they didn't do their normal attitude thing of dropping it. They ate every piece I gave them. That was a first for them. I guess they are becoming more like me...they don't like change. And WOW!!! LOOK AT THE PRICE!! My luck doesn't usually last long, but if this seed stays at this price...it'll be the only thing I ever order. With this, the variety is so good that I don't have to buy two or three different types and mix it myself.Please...you'll have my AFG'S lifetime support if it stays this good and best of all...at this price. Keep up he good work TMF & Amazon!!! You've got 3 very, very happy customers!!

Excellent my cockatoos love the mixture of peanuts, sunflower seed and pelets it is a nutritious snack for them. Check it out👍

I just ordered my third bag of TMH Parrot Blend. I have 2 conures and they are picky eaters and this brand and Higgins seems to work the best for them. For my first 2 orders of TMH, I was very satisfied and the bags had an expiration date I could live with. One bag will last me for 6 months because I feed my 2 conures a lot of supplemental food besides their parrot mix. Anyway, this last bag just came and it has just barely 2 months before the expiration date. So I hate to give my birds expired food and I hate having to waste it - that is the reason for the 3 stars, and otherwise I would give it a 4 or 5 star rating.

It's okay. It's probably 20% dried peppers, and another 10% if stick-like items and other unedibles. The bird is smart enough to weed through it, but we won't buy it again.

My African grey was enjoying everything about the Zupreem Smart Selects, except for the cereal-type pieces, dried peppers and the pumpkin seeds. This bag doesn't have any of the cereal type stuff. Just the good stuff my parrot likes - dried fruit, seeds, and nuts. It does have some dried peppers, almonds, and pumpkin seeds that don't get eaten, but it's expected that our parrots will be picky about some stuff. Before the Zupreem and this blend, my parrot only ate Nutriberries and that was burning a serious hole in my pockets. Now I can get a 15lb bag of food for the same price as 3 lbs of Nutriberries AND my parrot eats this stuff. Awesome. Will stick with this food and hope that Amazon continues to sell it for twenty five bucks!

I ordered 3 more bags because my feathered babies love it so much.Thank you for coming out with a food that is not filled with corn for a filler. I offer my birds this seed along with fresh fruits and vegetables and they are very healthy.

Good value for the pr, excellent assortment of seeds and nuts, will definitely buy again.
