Cases Protective Nylon Speaker Cover for Compact 8" Speaker Cabinets, Fits QSC K8, Yamaha DXR8 and more (GPA-CVR8)

Bought for my new Everest 8. It was almost perfect inside. It’s a little deeper or longer than speaker itself. Solution: I tucked in the excess in and sow it by hand. Does the job. Know that it’s not thick. It’s just enough to avoid speaker being scratch and keep dirt away.

This cover seems pretty well made. Should keep the speaker from getting beaten up on the road. If it had a pocket to hold cables, it would be perfect. I bought it to cover a JBL Eon One Compact...and I'm happy to say that it's a good fit!

So everything else I've ever ordered from Gator Cases Brand has been perfect, and this one is definitely still solid - but the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I expected it to fit my speakers a little bit better. I have two different types of speakers that this SHOULD fit - QSC K.8 and the EV Everse 8. On the QSC's, it's just SLIGHTLY too short, which leaves the bottom edge still exposed. As petty as that sounds, it stood out to me and I noticed it. For professional DJs, we all know, when speakers get their cosmetic damage - scuffed and scratched and chipped - it's during transit, not when the speaker is up on its stand in use. So the entire point of this item is to keep it safe from dings, dents, scratches. But with the edge of the speaker grill and entire bottom inch or so exposed, damage can still happen. On the contrary, for the EV Everse 8 - this product is just slightly too baggy over top of it. It fits a kind of loosely and awkwardly over it, which I'd still prefer compared to being is too short and leaving the bottom edge exposed. Anyway, just the honest critique from a professional DJ. I don't regret buying it, and it seems to be great quality. But for the rest of my speakers, I think I'd opt to order a proper padded speaker bag rather than this.

They have a great name for a reason! The only better way to buy is if it’s a returned item.

Covers fit perfectly over my speakers. No more worrying about them getting scratched up transporting.

I gave 3 stars as just a neutral review. Not good, not bad. I was hoping that these would fit a pair of Alto TX308 8" speakers that I just purchased on Amazon, but the covers are far too large. The TX308's will easily slip out. I can see strong wind blowing them off, or just slipping off if laid on its side in the back of the car. I tried asking questions on Amazon reviews, but got smart alec remarks and comments. Why would Alto sell speakers on Amazon, and not have covers available as well? Now I'm dealing with off brand products that don't fit. smh.

Excellent quality as expected from Gator.

The fabric and stitching are fine for a cover at this cost. However it has one major flaw, there is no cut-out for the top handle on the speaker. Now I have to have a hole cut out and stitched, and there goes any value for this product.
