Q: can use the zeus beard oil after I apply the balm?

Yes you can , i would definetly recommend you use balm then oil for added moisture to the beard

Yes it comes in the vanilla scent

Q: do I use the beard oil on top of the beard balm?

I use both. Doesn’t overdo the moisture on my beard nor leave the skin or hair oily. As long as you don’t apply too much of the oil and balm, you’re all good my friend. By the way, Zeus’ products all kick some serious posterior. My beard is full and my hair is naturally wire-like. This company’s products showed me that I can have a beard, but also have it look and feel great too.
