Helps my ADHD teenager remember to take her medication
We love this med box. Nice alarm that keeps beeping until the pill is taken. It will pause and snooze for a while and then resume on its own. So it’s impossible to ignore. Our only issue was that it was hard for us to set the alarm. But we called the company phone number included, and the man on the phone patiently talked me through it. Afterwards, we wrote the company phone number with a Sharpie on the bottom of the pill box, in case we need it again. Well worth the investment, because now my teen doesn’t need me to remind her to take her pill. This is not what we use it for, but he man at the company also mentioned that a lot of parents are buying it for their daughters’ birth control pills.

Awesome product !
Pill reminder works awesome ! Just a couple things I would change. Instructions are a tad bit vague, just pay attention to the arrows when setting alarms and this dispenser is designed for older people, it would be nice if it had an inset switch that would disable the set buttons. I Would buy again though.

The electronics in this unit are laughable
The Alarm goes off at any hour and not usually the hour you set in advance. As a daily holder for meds its great. As an electronic devise to remind a person to take their meds you may as well use a mickey mouse clock - much less expensive AND it will work far better.

Loud alarm with flashing light that easily identifies the dose to take
I agree with the other reviewers - it's a bit challenging to setup, has its limitations, and can be bypassed by just hitting the "Next Alarm" button. BUT the alarm is (finally, after trying a cheaper alternative) loud enough to be heard in another room or over the noise of a TV, and the noise keeps getting louder until someone finally comes to turn it off. The arrangement for the individual pill boxes (especially if you're taking meds twice a day) could be confusing - it goes up on side and down the other, meaning your morning and evening doses march towards and then away from each other - BUT the flashing light makes it easy to see which dose to take. The process of taking each individual box out could also be confusing (they tilt forward and then can be pulled away), BUT it ensures they're less likely to all come spilling out if the unit is jostled. Opening each individual box is relatively easy, once you realize there is lip on the bottom (which keeps the box anchored in the unit) and one on the top - all you need to do is push the two parts away from each other and the individual box opens easily. Just be ready to catch the pills that could come spilling out if you open it sideways!

I think it's overpriced, but it solved the problem
It took my elderly mother a little while to get it, but she can finally take her meds on her own. Honestly, I was thinking that if this didn't work, I was going to have to get a visiting nurse, and I'm not a trusting person of having other people in my mother's house without me being there.
