Hausbell Super Bright T8 LED Flashlight - Moronic OS.
I'd like to give more than 3-stars. The flashlight is pretty impressive in its light output and zoom. On wide, it provides a pretty good flood, and you can zoom to a tiny square spot to see an image of the square LED. BUT, even though this thing remembers which of the five modes you had it in when you switched it off, when you turn it on again, it powers up in the NEXT mode, instead of the last mode you had selected. Also, and I don't believe this is nit picking: My luminous rings aren't luminous. Not a hint of a glow even in total darkness.I loathe the way Amazon clumps reviews for different products together. This is for the Hausbell Super Bright T8 LED flashlight.

Worked great for a a month and a half
It took me a month to getting around to using this light, about 40 days after receiving it. Worked great for a a month and a half. This light is critical to us as we live in a part of Texas where cotton mouths and diamondback rattlesnakes are all too common. I do not walk my little Kairn Terrier at night without it. I use the slide focus all the way to spotlight mode to check under upcoming bushes and recessed ground-level cable boxes. We've had to deal with 2 of each this season. The cotton mouths will not run, they stand their ground. I would have had a dead best friend long before now without that light.Last night I pushed the focus slide forward and it snapped out in my hand. The threads completely disintegrated and the slide focus feature was destroyed. Worthless. At first, the feel and balance was reassuring, it had a quality heft and I thought I had a good product. The price tag should have been warning enough. I'll now buy a 50.00 Maglite and chalk it up to experience.

Best quality and value I have found.
Well worth the money I spent. I was wanting a button click version vs a tailcap button and here was a great deal for 2. Both have performed as well if not better than any other I have owned (over 10 total so far) so I'll give them a full 5 star for quality and value. No issues in the first 2-3 weeks and I even let my 2 year old have one which has since been removed from his clutches for the third and final time as it should not be used as a baton, drumstick, hammer or noise maker to bang on everything in reach, nor should a child put it on strobe and stare into it. I didnt thjnk I was setting him up to fail but at 2years old this ismt the "toy" for him dad. But a perfect toy for dad!!

HAUSBELL Super Bright T8 LED Flashlights
Just the average brightness of this kind of flashlight, I bought the Hausbell T6 model before and I can't notice any diference , but since this model is powered by two 18650 batteries, I'm sure It gonna last longer and the price it's almost the same, still affordable. I just don't like that they change the turn on button from the side to the bottom, that was a recoil.. for the rest, it's ok.

Watch my demonstration video
The media could not be loaded. Very impressive performance and quality for such a low cost flashlight. I used 2 EBL batteries and this T8 flashlight burned for over 10 hours. Can light up a very large area with a round, circular spotlight pattern or be squeezed into a very high, concentrated diamond shaped pattern. One switch means you can cycle through all 5 light cycles by continuous pressing from high/medium/low/fast strobe/SOS strobe. Has the look and feel of a real tactical flashlight without the heavy price tag. You need to purchase or supply your own 18650 batteries. This will not run on conventional batteries. Not so Bright!
It's not enough brighter than the single-18650 "Super-" flashlights to be worth the extra size and weight. It has a pocket clip, but who has pockets that big (7½ to 8½" or 20-22cm long)? Yes, the batteries (E-Shinre 5Ah) are freshly charged. Perhaps the short fat 3-cell one would have been better.

meh...
Not any brighter then the cheaper cree bulbs. Should last longer due to having two lithium batteries. Is much larger then similar flashlight with one battery. I read some older versions of this could electrical shock the users. newer ones are supposed to have that fixed.

Solid Purchase, would recommend
My own fault but you need to purchase specialty Li-Ion battery pack for the flashlight, in the end glad I did, light is compact, sturdy & powerful, great buy all in for $25 with the battery pack, which is rechargeable.
