What is passata even for?
I bought it because it was cheap and I thought I could add it to sauces. I was expecting some sort of runny tomato, but wasn't sure what sort of consistency as I hadn't used passata before.This passata tastes EXACTLY like if you watered down ketchup. It's like 3 to 4 part ketchup and 1 to 2 parts water. I literally only use it as Ketchup. And because there's so much of it in the Amazon Fresh multibuy deal, I have an insane amount of ketchup for someone who doesn't like ketchup that much. Sometimes I pour it on top of the Amazon own brand dry dog food that my dogs don't really like, just to trick them in to eating the 20 litre bag I bought (also because it was cheap). The cost of living crisis sucks. Who wants some runny ketchup? I've still got like 4 buckets left.
