Example: 1 short whistle can mean "Come" 2 short whistles can mean "Sit" 1 long whistle can mean "Stay" Practice one at a time until the dog learns the pattern, then move on to the next pattern. Be sure to reward your pup with a treat every time they obey a whistle command. HOW DO I USE YOUR WHISTLE TO PREVENT BARKING? Training your dog requires time, patience, and dedication. If you follow these 3 rules, our whistles are guaranteed to stop barking. When your pup starts barking, give a loud, quick whistle at a high frequency and say "No barking!" They will stop barking when they hear the noise, then follow up with love and a treat. Repeat until they learn that they are not allowed to bark.
