Gas Fitting not included and Amazon provides no solution
Seems to be a genuine Weber product but the box doesn’t include the Weber gas fitting which is difficult to get separately here in KSA. Other seller include this piece and assembly/installation in the bundle at this price point, but unfortunately that’s not the case here.. after two hours assembling this grill we realized in the end that the gas fitting piece is missing, and I am contacting Amazon since one week but the only option they give me is to return the item which is in fact not possible because you have to cut the packaging to assemble the item, so Amazon won’t accept the return. Now I have an expensive premium grill that I can’t use because of a little fitting piece and the seller provides no solution! Very very frustrating!
