DON'T FORGET TO MEASURE BY YOUR BELLY/BACK, aka WHERE YOU PUT ON A BELT! P.S. WE LOVE YOU ! Olympiada's Low Profile Lifting Belt provides increased stability and strengthening of abdominal and lower-‐back muscles when used properly. Lifting increases abdominal pressure as your core muscles work to support and protect your spine from injury; lifting belts assist not by supporting your back, but by increasing abdominal pressure. A properly adjusted belt also keeps your lower back more erect when squatting and lifting, helping to prevent additonal injuries. All of this leads to maintained power and increased reps with consistent use. Our belt is a low-‐profile 4 inches of foam core with a brushed tricot lining with comfort bound edges and a torque ring and Velcro closure for easy and secure adjustment. The belt is hand-‐washable and air dry. What are you waiting for? I mean seriously, are you going to buy some basic generic brand Or are you going to LET THE GAINZ BEGIN with this sleeker than your average company design?!? The answer is pretty simple if you ask me, or Zyzz. Hurry and get yourself some Olympiada Gear, where the gainz are guaranteed! LET THE GAINZ BEGIN Sincerely, OlympiadaGear.com

Unbelievable. Totally don't fit
Bought two of these for my teenage boys. Yes, I measured properly around the mid section with a cloth tape measure. Both my boys fell perfectly in the middle range of a small. When the belts arrived, they were way too big. The belts' tag said small, but they were much bigger than advertised. Obviously I returned them and got DarkIron leather belts. These are perfect and with the large number of holes, they will be able to grow with them for years. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money.

Bad sizing
So poorly sized. I ordered a medium after measuring, thinking that it would be prefect. If I cinch it as tight as possible, far too tight for comfortable lifting, I can barely get an inch of velcro to connect, which obviously doesn't stick well enough. Thinking I had made a mistake I ordered a large. When cinching the large as tight as it possibly will go, I have a solid two inches of room between my waist and the belt. Garbage product that seems to have not been tested on actual human beings.

Works great. Solid support
Works great. Solid support. Once you put it on the velcro holds fast and has never slipped. One minor problem with velcro is that at the bottom of a squat, some of my workout shirts catch on the velcro. This isn't a knock against this belt, just something to keep in mind about velcro. I now usually wear pure cotton which doesn't snag.

Fit A Bit Big
I ordered a medium since my waist size range seen on the size chart. Unfortunately, the support belt is a bit big for me. I like the material it was made out off and how it feels. I think I might order another belt from this shipper because of the quality.

Perfect for petite women!
I used this for the first time today for 17.4, it worked great for deadlifts, no slipping and moving on me. This is my first weightbelt, and I searched for a 4" since I am only 5' tall.

Seems to run on the larger side
I ordered a size small and it is a little big. When I wrap it as tight as possible it fits around me, but I don't feel as supported as I would like. You could probably order a size or two smaller than you think and still be comfortable.

but it's not the greatest belt I've used
You get what you pay for. It works, but it's not the greatest belt I've used. Mine was actually too small but it wasn't worth returning since it was pretty cheap.
