Love these, much better for staying in my ear. Seem to collect much less wax as well

I've had problems with previously ordered teentsy tiny open domes from a manufacturer that will remain unnamed. And on two occasions I've had to make emergency visits to my audiologist to have these miserable little things extracted from my ear canal. The Phonak Small Open Domes 4.0 are a far better option. I have Resound hearing aids and these domes fit perfectly, are soft and virtually "unfeelable" and so easy to place atop the wax guard. And so far I haven't had a Phonak dome get stuck in my ear. Yes, they are expensive and yes, the whole process of messing around with hearing aid accessories is a drag. But if you need domes and your hearing aids are compatible, buy these.
