I'm 135lbs and 5"7" I've ordered this before in the solid green and it was easy to small. I think it was a medium. What size do I need?

I would stick to your normal size. It should fit just right. I ordered a Large and I'm 5'3 and 200lb. It fit me tight in the right areas as I wanted.

If I’m normally a size 0 would the Small be too big?

Go a size up mine was too small

do the plaid ones have snaps at the crotch?

I have the red one and h there are not snaps in the crotch area, only on the backside
