Impressed
So far so good. I received this item a week ago and it keeps track of:• Steps (albeit this tracker is somewhat sensitive so I give it a margin of error of about 20 steps, more or less)• Time (in military time, just subtract 12 if you're not used to it)• Previews of text messages once your phone is connected to it via bluetooth/app (easy process, and some options are customizable)• Lets me know when someone's calling meAll the above are super handy if you're at work and can't have your phone on you, or whatever the case may be. My friend has a FitBit that looks just like this device and it doesn't even have the text/call preview option and she paid way more than $13.I wish I could track my HR with this, but I don't really mind that it does not have this capability. I don't recommend having it on in the shower, pool, ocean, etc because I don't remember this company claiming that this device is waterproof.Underlying message: for $13, I'm impressed.6/8/17. Anything changes, and I'll update this.

A nice surprise... so far.
I've only been using this for a few days, but so far, I'm quite impressed. The functionality is great for someone like me who doesn't like learning new gadgets. It basically does everything by itself. I didn't even have to set the clock. Durability has yet to be determined. The rubber watchband is slightly irritating, but I have sensitive skin. I am looking for an option to be able to wear it somewhere other than my wrist. (I don't know if it's waterproof, so I've also been concerned about wearing it when I wash my hands.) This is a very affordable option to become acquainted with this type of technology. Someone who has already used the higher end brands may not find it adequate, but for a basic fitness tracking device, it's pretty impressive.

The Pebble vibration was very good, but it broke after only <1 year use
I was using the Pebble mainly for the purpose of getting a silent-alarm watch, so that I don't wake up my family when I get up early in morning. The Pebble vibration was very good, but it broke after only <1 year use.Buying this one thinking I just need the most basic vibrating..... Yet find out it's not vibrating strong enough at all to wake me, AND it's only vibrating for that 1 min and no snooze whatsoever.... pretty much end up in the garbage can.

You Get What You Pay For
I was excited about this but just two weeks later I went ahead and purchased the more name brand version because I could not get this to sync accurately with the app and really wanted to keep record of my steps. The call feature and text feature notifications worked ok. And the steps counted accurately. Just the app is terrible and disappointed to find it was not keeping track.

Husband finally answers phone!!
I am so glad I bought this!!!I really just bought it so that I could get my husband to answer his phone. He often put his phone on vibrate and then forgets to turn on the ringer. I needed him to pick up my daughter before coming home. I couldn't reach him. But now with this watch, he always answers. No he's not trying to avoid me. LolThe extras on the "watch" are just a added bonus.Don't hesitate to buy this. You will be glad you did.

I would certainly recommend this to people who want a smart watch
I would certainly recommend this to people who want a smart watch. Although the tracking system isn't all that accurate, it still meets my expectations for a smart watch. The battery life is pretty good, but the box advertises 10-15 days of standby battery, but I only got around 4 days of standby battery. This is still a very long battery duration in something so small. The app is very user-friendly, and it allows you to see how many steps you've taken on what day, how many calories you've burned, etc... This is a really good smart watch!

Loved but stopped working
I loved this watch but it stopped working after 5 weeks. It did everything it was supposed to do and I was super impressed. I only needed to charge it once every 7-12 days depending on what I was asking of the watch in terms of features (call, text, alarm, reminders, etc.). I typically would have just the alarm, phone proximity (forgot my phone 3x going to work so this watch was quite helpful with that), and text messaging (displays the sender and part of the message - 16 or 18 characters). I was wearing it in the shower and it was easy to wear, stylish, and just fantastic until it stopped working. For $14, I can afford to keep replacing it but I had also purchased 2 other comparable watches to experiment with and see how they last. I did love this watch and it's features - I wish it could have made it a little longer. Oh, and the app was definitely user friendly, in my opinion, and had some great features including setting the alarm for specific days instead of just every day. I set my alarm for 2:30am M-F, whereas the watch I have now, the app is every day or not at all. This watch also let me do 12hr and not 24hr - getting my refresher in military time now. If you want to try out a watch and see how you like a "smart" watch, this may be good for you. In terms of accuracy for steps, distance, calories, etc., I wouldn't say it was accurate but it gave me a rough estimate and that estimate was comparable to what my phone app said so I wasn't disappointed. I don't expect my watch to tell me how far my feet moved - I'd rather trust a band attached to my ankle or use a device with GPS. Anyways, I did really love this watch but it stopped working just like other reviewers had mentioned before.

on week two of using this and it is awesome for the price
on week two of using this and it is awesome for the price. I purchased it mostly because hubby stole my fitbit and I was addicted to the vibrating alarm for my morning walk. This alarm works even better for me than the fitbit, because it is so easy to change times, etc,on the phone app. The phone app is user friendly even for the technically challenged like me!
