Most RO faucets feel cheap and poorly made. This one feel quality and looks quality. This is the second one I installed, I had one in my previous house. It worked and looked so well I bought the exact same for my new house. It was easy to install and worked well.

All the reviews that I read are spot on. IMO this product looks and operates like a $300 faucet. Well constructed not cheap took about 15/20 min to put in very simple if you have the correct wrench to loosen the old faucet and you can fit your head between the pipes down there. Family is ecstatic because the dripping water torture is over. Great length and the two head functions put out good water flow. I bought the rectangular cover plate to cover the old hot and cold water knob holes from the previous faucet. Intend to get a water reverse osmosis faucet next to fit in the old faucet spray nozzle area. I did notice that the hot is on the right and cold on the left unlike my old faucet. Would recommend good value for the money.

Looks great and is very easy to install. Seems to be of good general quality that will last for at least as long as the American Standard that was there before. The weight on the line helps to keep the sprayer snug to the retaining clip when not in use. Only two minor complaints. The first is obvious in the photos, but I didn't notice: The nut that attaches the hose to the sprayer is chrome/steel, so it doesn't match the matte black finish. It is as pictured in the listing, so that's my fault for not noticing. The other minor complaint is that the model/safety info (UPC tag) is etched into the front of the faucet when installed correctly with the knob on the right (allowing hot to be back instead of forward), so it's just weird to see that etching visible (this part seems more like a manufacturing error than an intentional placement). I would have rated 5 stars if this was on the back, although most people don't notice it the way I do. I purchased the matching escutcheon as well, since my sink is drilled for three holes and a sprayer. Everything fit and matched perfectly. The photos below show the faucet at a distance (etching barely visible), the close up of the steel hose nut clashing with matte back clip and arm, and a close up of the etching on the front with visibility to the faucet knob to show correct orientation.

I purchased the WEWE Kitchen Faucet in brushed nickel back in February 2024, and the installation was incredibly easy—definitely a great start. The faucet has performed solidly in daily use, with smooth operation and a sturdy feel that gave me confidence in its build quality. After about two years of use (early 2026), the pull-down sprayer tab unfortunately broke. However, this is where WEWE really stood out. I contacted their customer service, and they responded بسرعة (very quickly) and professionally. They honored their 5-year warranty without any hassle and promptly sent me a replacement tab. What impressed me even more was that they included a step-by-step video guide via email, making the replacement process simple and stress-free. Overall, great product backed by excellent customer support. It’s reassuring to know the company stands behind what they sell. Highly recommend!

Wow! Now this faucets is totally worth the money and then some. Really good quality and the install was easy. The only thing that caught me a "strange" is the cold side is the left not the right. They offer a non-labeled cover so it doesn't indicate Cold and Hot but in the USA the standard is left is Hot and right is Cold. Of course you can simple ignore the labels (or order the non-labeled version) and swap the hot and cold supply lines so you can get hot water when the valve is pushed to the left and cold to the right but it hasn't caused an issue with me despite the fact that every other faucet I've ever used it the opposite of this unit.

El producto llegó en excelente estado, la caja protege muy bien el grifo, además los de la paquetería tuvieron cuidado. Fácil de instalar, es importante leer unas instrucciones y saber que diámetro de tuberías tienes, yo tuve que comprar un adaptador pero ellos mismos en una hojita que tienen, te dicen exactamente de cuáles deben ser. Se ve chulísimo en la cocina. Yo compré el dorado y me encantó.
