Not bad but great at a used price point
I bought these used for 60$ used completely worth it because I’ll really only be using with the steam deck on flights where closed back is needed. I have the open back ones already and much prefer the sound stage on those. If you want zero outside noise and only hear the game. The closed back hands down are the ones for you. Less sound bleed on the closed back, so if you are gaming in a room while someone is watching a movie these don’t bleed sound as much as the open back.Open back: wide sound stage less bassClosed back: narrow soundstage more bass. These things sound identical to my closed back GSP but way more comfortable. The bass is noticeably crisper and less muddy, still has that “scoop” sound profile that all sennheiser/epos closed back headsets have. Mine had no rattling.Been trying a plethora of DAC’s and the GSX1000 adds the icing on the sound profile like I expected too. But other dacs such as the x4 do a good job as well. Little fat down low but the clarity is still there. They do sound great plugged into standard jack ports on my pc. You will experience bad sound quality if your device can’t drive these headphones. 280ohm impedance so keep that in mind when buying. Among the game series, GSP series, and the h6 series. These are the most comfortable of the 3.I like the open back better, the gsx dac really bumps the bass and makes the soundstage wide. Hearing distant skirmishes and artillery really feel distant with the open. You get a similar experience with the closed back but the difference is enough for me to chose the open back as my preferred headset.

What I’ve been looking for
I have recently bought and returned 2 other headsets from well known gaming companies like Astro and Steelseries. Both being higher end headsets that just weren’t worth the value. They were uncomfortable, didn’t deliver much sound quality, and in the case of the Astros, would not work. The microphone would not connect even after getting a replacement cable. Decided to try this pair and it is the best thing I’ve gotten for the price. Really great quality and comfort especially for the price. Cannot recommend these enough

Sound quality isn't meant to be a standard headphone...
As an audiophile, gaming headphones have never really been amazing for me, but, rather, they've all mostly been pretty terrible. For one, "gaming" headphone sound is meant to be tuned so you can hear the sound fx in a video game. All the tiny little gunshots, footsteps, voices maybe, explosions, and so on. To be honest, even for a gaming headphone, they didn't do all that much. Footsteps could barely be heard, gunshots were loud and crisp, explosions were explosions, footsteps didn't exist, but the directional sound is really good. Now, one ick that I have for these is that the setup generally isn't that easy. I mean, it's just plug and play, right? Yes, for the most part. My peanut brain found it difficult, ONLY because I simply didn't push the cord in far enough, but even then the audio kind of crackles and gets wonky if you don't put it in perfectly. If you are looking for good sound and decent gaming experience, go with the Razer Black Shark V2 or the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. Both are great. Black Shark is more immersive for gaming and ehhh for overall sound. Kraken is pretty much balanced perfectly among all sound. Music is great, gaming is immersive. However, the mic quality on any headset you get unless its $250 or more will be terrible.

Worth the money
Great, even though it was advertised as used only the box had marks, the headset it’s self was in mint condition

For anyone feeling like audio quality is bad
I got the H6 Pros cuz my HyperX Cloud 2 headphones died, if you are using them on a PC download a software called "Equalizer APO" create a file, close the software and edit the file, paste this on the file:GraphicEQ: 10 -10; 20 -10; 30 -10.7; 40 -10.7; 50 -10.4; 60 -9.6; 70 -8.6; 80 -7.9; 90 -7.8; 100 -7.5; 200 0; 300 1.1; 400 0.3; 500 -0.4; 600 -0.4; 700 -0.8; 800 -1.1; 900 -1.2; 1000 -1.2; 2000 2.9; 3000 -2; 4000 1; 5000 9; 6000 6.1; 7000 8.5; 8000 24.3; 9000 7.1; 10000 11.5; 13000 5.4; 16000 3.3; 20000 -2.5Then open the software again. The file will load the preset and you will feel the difference.It will clean most of the cheap audio feel, I like the design, the confort and the magnet concept but the audio sucks.

After years of use
Great headset it feels like I’m cheater with how easily I hear foot steps and the precise location they’re coming from in call of duty. And still sound great with all my other games I do use a sound blaster x external sound card with them.
