MizunoWomen's Wave Rider 24 Waveknit Running Shoe

It is very comfortable, snuggly, its size is smaller than normal, I’d ordered 1/2 bigger, if your feet are narrow type, or 1 size bigger, if your feet is “regular” shape.

I read the reviews so I sized up 1/2 size, but found the wave runners were still too small. Amazon quickly sent out a larger pair, so that was not an issue! So I recommend ordering a full size larger than your shoe size. For example, I wear a size 8M shoe, so I ordered a size 9M! I have worn stability athletic shoes in the past, because I am a pronater, but I did not like the restricted toe off or the tightness around the ankle once I started running. The wave knits are soft and comfortable, the arch support is great, the tread is perfect for running outdoors. And I love the way they look! This is my first experience with Saucony, and so far, so good!

This shoe is so comfortable! It also has great support inside. One of the best feeling shoes I've purchased. I am a loyal Mizuno customer!

I have worn Mizuno for years. They fit my foot and wear well with my step pattern. These run small than previous years. I ordered a size larger than normal because I was going to wear with thicker socks. They are almost too small with thin socks. This is the only reason that I didn’t give them 5 stars.

I have been wearing different versions of the wave rider for years. This is my favorite shoe for outdoor road running. The best feature of this shoe is the lightweight feel but the support is not compromised. I can't stand anything more than running on a heavy shoe. I have a neutral foot strike so I would take that into consideration when you buy any shoe meant for running. This shoe may not support the needs of people who have a different strike.As far as others complaint the shoe is narrow I did not have this experience. My foot is on the wider side and they do offer this shoe in wide if you truly feel you need it. It is not a tight fight but secure fit.I also was not sure I would like the knit upper but I have really enjoyed it and still feel the shoe offers the secure upper fit I need. I am sure the shoe is perfectly fine for everyday use as well but as someone who strictly wears them for running I highly recommend giving Mizuno and the Wave Rider a try for anyone looking to switch up their running shoes.

I have worn wave riders for years (since about 2007) and the consistency is what I have loved best. These are no different IMO. I had no quality issues and have run almost another 400 miles in them (I run about 25 miles a week on pavement most runs) and they have held up great. Excited to see the price drop so I bought another pair.

They seemed nice but not as nice as I expected from this brand. I wouldn't pay the retail price. Biggest complaint is they are SO small and tight. I ordered 2 different mizuno running shoe pairs in 6.5 which is my normal. From measuring my feet I'm more towards a 6 than a 7. I could get these on but they were cutting off my circulation. I'm not sure a 7 would have been ok, but I don't really desire to try to find the right size.

I have been wearing Mizuno Wave Rider shoes for about 4 years now. I find they are the brand and style that fit me best. I prefer the knit version, like this are, sometimes called Wave Knit. They seem to be more durable than the traditional mesh. I was always wearing a hole in the toe area with the mesh version but not with the knit version.I have to go at least a half size up with the Wave Knit as they don’t stretch as much. I usually take 6.5 shoes but with Mizuno Wave Rider I need 7 and with the Wave Knit I need 7.5Very comfortable shoe.This is the Wave Rider 24 and I find it a bit more comfy for long walks than the Wave Rider 25 I bought at the same time.
