Doug Thorley Headers THY-223Y-1-C long tube tri-y headers deliver the ultimate in performance for your 2011-14 Ford Raptor supercrew Doug Thorley Headers is the originator of the tri-y header design, which is the most efficient way to increase horsepower and torque over a broad RPM range, and more importantly the range where your truck will use it most. That better exhaust flow produces noticeable gains in horsepower and torque output, while increasing fuel efficiency. These headers are not legal for use on pollution controlled vehicles, and are for off-road racing use only. The headers are manufactured using heavy duty steel tubing, and Super flat 3/8" thick head flanges. They are then Silver ceramic coated inside and out, which looks great, drastically reduces under-hood temperatures and creates a strong barrier to protect the headers from the environment.
