best customer service
had a problem with my gate opener after six months of working flawlessy. customer support responded within 12 hrs of my email. told me how to test individual components . had new control board in a few days and back up and running!

I bought this replacement board while under warranty period
Thank you TOPENS support for making this very easy. I opened a ticket for support with what I determined was a bad control board. I then saw these were available for purchase on Amazon and decided I wanted to get my gate back in operation ASAP so I purchased the board on my own (assuming I would not be reimbursed) . The next day I got a response from the TOPENS support and they could also see that I bought the board on my own. They offered me that if the new board resolves my issue they would refund me for it. The board swapped out easily and everything works great now. The refund was also very quick. I am impressed with my experience with TOPPENS support. Having replacement parts this easy to get makes me feel very comfortable with my choice in gate openers.

Not to buy it
It sucks not worth buying . The gate opens and closes by itself or stays open. No support for it here in the usa. They don't answer their emails
