Beautiful, it all works great and I'm sure if I ever need it it will work great then, the Byrna is supposed to be the best. It's great for safety, the value under $400 in fantastic, the feel is great fits in my hands this right, looks great, solidly built.

This is exactly what I am needing for a non-lethal option. I tested this out with about 15 rounds and it works great. No recoil and no issues this far. I love this product and would recommend this for anyone wanting to go this route for any non-lethal options. All the mechanical side of things work great and the sights are doable for this product. Thank you for making this available. I will be teaching my wife and daughter how to use this in case I am not around.

This is a perfect self defense weapon for a woman. It is light weight and easy to load and fire. My 96 year old step mom practiced shooting it, and will now buy her own.I recommend that you practice with the gun more than once, especially for people who are not used to firing/loading a gun.

This appears to be a well-made item. I was surprised by its accuracy. Everything is positive except for a few things, the cylinders only last about 25 to 30 shots not 50 as advertised. Also the cylinder bleeds dry so you have to put a new cylinder in it everytime you’re going to shoot it. Lastly the trigger has a very long pull and get stiffer right before releases. Those were the biggest disappointments. With those issues I think it’s a little pricey but again it appears well-made so hopefully it will last a long time.

The Byrna launcher is my go-to self-defense weapon. I prefer to not carry a firearm so this suits me well. The cartridges are easy to change out and the weapon has very little recoil which I love. In my opinion, practicing with it is awesome. If you’re looking for a non-lethal self-defense option, you may want to consider this.

90% of it is bad. So, I'll start with the ad.The ad says free returns, however I didn't know until I tried to return it, you can only return it if it arrives in a unworking condition/broken. So make sure that you definitely want the over sized, overweight & overpriced Byrna.The price: At $429.99 for all that we are about to mention is WAY overpriced in comparison to other brands and quality. I realize that it it my fault for not doing more research, but this is a learning curve for me.After testing this model out and being almost completely dissatisfied, I purchased the Umarex T4E Walther PPQ .43 caliber and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The PPQ is smaller (more compact) quieter, ALOT LIGHTER, ALOT CHEAPER ($188.97) better quality, better looking (identical to the real deal) and you don't need to special order a holster for it because it's the exact specs of the real deal.After unsuccessfully attempting to buy a holster for the Byrna at a Academy & a gun shop, I realized that I would have to special order a holster from Byrna. Like I said, way too bulky.I contacted Byrna and asked them if they manufactured a smaller/compact model, and they told me "unfortunately no." So I asked if I could return it and was denied.I was finally able to sell it for HALF of what I paid.The Walther PPQ is half of the weight of the Byrna, which is a huge deal if you plan on carrying it, which why wouldn't you?DO YOUR RESEARCH!CHECK OUT THE UMAREX T4E WALTHER PPQ BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MODEL.Remember, no returns on this one, good luck!
