I have enjoyed this mirror on my wall for 4 yrs it's been great! just this week i have had trouble charging it. not in past. suggestions?

Bought mine in 2020. Worked great until last week. Now won’t hold a charge. Guessing it’s the lithium battery? I saw one person that answered said a new charging cord solved their issue. Not sure which to try first??

What do I do if light won’t turn off automatically?

If your mirror's light is staying on, please ensure that nothing is within 12-15" of the dark-tinted sensor window at the bottom of the light ring. Turn off the mirror by holding the power button at the base of the unit for a few seconds. Once off, polish the sensor window with a microfiber cloth that has been dampened with rubbing alcohol. Once this has been done, power the unit back on by holding the button again and you should be good to go.

can the mirror turn perpendicular to wall?

This mirrors telescopic swing arm allows you to adjust it to various lengths from the left to right and forward towards the user. The swing arm does not move vertically.

It mounts just like a bathroom towel bar - you attach the inner piece to the wall (once the mirror is mounted this section is completely hidden), then slip the mirror base over the mount (make sure it is seated firmly) and tighten with the tool enclosed.
