Spreadable
This brand is my second favorite cod liver brand. It tastes clean and spreads so easily and evenly. I love that I could get it as a subscription so that I never run out.

Forget those useless supplements and go with real food.
Excellent taste, buttery. no strong smell as with sardines....but both the cod liver and sardines help replaces my daily fish oil caps...of which the overwhelmingly majority of is rancid...attested to by the constant complaint of fish burps after ingestion. kudos to the best source of omega 3's that I have ever had

Consistency??
It's, hopefully, beneficial to my health. The consistency is, for me, unpleasant so it's mixed with foods that I prepare.
