Bought this lock after returning another brand.I was surprised at the quality, individually boxed, package well, operates flawlessly.Highly recommend

Easy to use.
I used these for classroom breakout boxes. They are very easy to reset for teachers and so easy to unlock with a code that even a first grader could do it. The o lay complaint I have is that the lock will not lock back if the combination is not correct.

Smaller than expected, but works great
I haven’t had this lock for very long, but so far it seems to work. I’ll use it for my school locker, and will mainly use the key. I wanted to find a lock with a key and combination incase I ever lost or forgot my key, or left my key inside my locker. Seems well built but shackle is thin.

Not worth the money paid
Doesn't work, cannot set a new combination- it is the closest thing to junk and is very flimsy

I use this lock outdoor on a shed and tool box and it’s very good quality

Lock it up!
This lock solved my issue with forgetting the key to the padlock; this item has dual options; key or combination; very convenient.

Nice idea
It’s a nice idea to make this lock, and instead of the TSA bs I can have a key besides combinations. I use it to look the ammo box and transportation of my firearm(s), so one key in my biometric safe and the other on my chain. However, don’t expect this is something like master lock kind of sturdy thing, and I am sure it won’t survive if I shot it with even 22 cal. But the price I paid, it already satisfied me!

got stuck
we used it a couple of times and it got stuck by itself. Now it does not close in any direction neither with the correct password nor the wrong one. Then, we used the other one, and it happened the same thing. Now I understand why it comes as a couple.

Not working
I use it occasionally. It didn't even last a month. It doesn't close properly. Cheaply made. I hope I can return it
