Loud and effective
Bought for my daughter and her first apartment. Battery a little wonky to get in. Don’t be afraid to smash it down in there. Alarm on medium sensitivity was triggered as soon as door barely opened. Alarm was quite loud.Sturdy construction for intended use.Easy to install and remove as needed.Can adjust sensitivity to low, medium, or high.Feel better knowing she has these.

Great for additional security
Works perfect. Size is decent and sound is really loud. Easy to install as you only need to put it in front of the doorway. Good grip

Perfect for single travel
Easy to travel with, leave mine in box and on return take out battery. Made me feel much safer when traveling alone.Loved that you can set sensitivity level and alarm is extremely loud. Rubber bottom prevents sliding on wood/tile/laminate.Bought second for a friend. Highly recommend.

A Useful Tool In Defending Your Home
Impressed. Good grip on floor, blistering noise when activated. Quite a useful tool in being on point in home defense. This is however, just one of those useful tools.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked this product because appeared to be sturdy enough to withstand a heavy door opening. Also needed a 2 pack.Security:I took this to my recent stay at a hotel. I had a late check out time but the housekeeping supervisor wasn't aware of it. She knocked lightly without waiting for a response she immediately opened the door and the alarm sounded! It worked great. I am hoping that she thinks before she opens the next guest's room!

Super loud!
This doesn't come with any instructions at all because it's so easy to use.Buy a 9 volt battery since batteries aren't included.Put the battery in.Select alarm level.Turn to On.Place against inside of door [note: the door has to open in for this alarm to work as desired].Anyone who tries to open the door gets the super loud blaring alarm.It's for use on vacation so I just need it to work a couple weeks per year. When storing it, I would def take the battery out.

Not bad
It lasted me for about 2 years without having to change the battery but... it just recently went out and even with a replaced battery it never came back on.I gave my mom one and hers went out not too long after I gave it to her within the first year.It still was worth it it's very loud.

This is a great product, it works. My dad had dementia and I use them for my doors.
