It's made to fit a table top heater, the screw are about 3" apart.

The holes didn’t line up with the original one, but the overall size was correct. We just drilled new holes and it isn’t visible once installed.

Better get the hole pattern correct because they dont allow returns
Hole patern is critical and if you dont measure precisely they dont allow returns
