Excellent bench scrapper, just what I needed!

This really helps with my sourdough process plus helps scrape my bowl and helps clean my bowl when done.

Perfect bowl scraper. One straight edge for cutting boards and a curved edge for bowls. I use this for bread dough and for sweeping vegetables off a cutting board all the time. It’s firm but a little flexible. And I love being able to just toss it in the dishwasher. At this price point there’s no reason not own several and just rotate them out as needed.I also used one of these to smooth glued-on fabric for a craft project; obviously I won’t use that one for food again but it worked great for that purpose as well.

Love these scrapers.Perfect quality, easy to clean and make shaping and scraping bread & pizza dough a breeze when used on the bench.However, they are not flexible enough when trying to get the dough out of a bowl or mixer. Just a tad softer would do the trick.

I love this scraper. It does the job and more. I've been using it to not only scrape bowls clean and knead wet doughs, but also is great to cut caramels and other soft items. It's perfect as it's not to sharp to cut me, yet sharp enough to slice through firm ball stage caramels. It's a plus because cutting candy is very dangerous with a sharp knife as it's sticky and sometimes oily from the butter. This makes me feel more in control. I've used it to cut chewy candies, cheeses and pepperoni chunks for bread making.I also found it is great for scraping away crumbs stuck on pans after baking. I'm thinking of ordering more as I'm sure over time, I'll wear down the edge since I'm using it unconventionally.

I initially bought this because I started making bread and it is usually used to for scraping the dough. I didn't realize how useful this is for most of my cooking. I actually use it to scrape anything that I chop on the cutting board and add it into a bowl or pan, etc. It is durable and easy to clean right after use. I am excited to see other way that I can use this. I am using it for something almost everyday.

Esta riquísima pero me resulta un poco indigesta aún así la estoy disfrutando mucho mas que la de chocolate.

Good price, but they are smaller than my other ones and a bit too soft for my liking.
