16x18650 Battery Storage Box PD QC3.0 Quick Charge DIY Power Bank Box Case 18650 Battery Holder Box Black

Filled it up with 18650s used laptop cells which I had previously checked for internal resistance and capacity 16x2500mah = approx 40,000mah. Nice power bank for very little money. All seems to work ok. Fully discharged it by charging up tablets and phones then charged it up ok.

I was expecting a flimsy, low quality plastic case, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's solid, comes with two spare screws for the lid and even includes a small screwdriver to install them. All in all, very pleased.

Battery pack works as expected. I have 16 2500 mah samsung batteries in it and it charges and discharges fine. Takes about 12 hours on USB type C at 3 amps to fully recharge.The flaw is that the pack will turn off if it is not receiving a constant charge of around 200 mah or more.As i bought the pack to power a phone operating as a remote security camera this flaw was a major problem, as when the phone was fully charged the pack would turn itself off and not subsequently charge the phone when it needed power later until the cable was physically plugged out and in again. For a remote setup this isn't possible.I added a second device drawing 200 mah charge to keep the pack awake, but obviously this reduces the packs usefulness.Apparently this feature/flaw is now ubiquitous in modern power banks, but on older packs i have this was not a problem.This will probably not affect a lot of people but better someone added the information as i nearly returned my one thinking it was faulty.

I had about 1000 18650 batteries bought from Ebay for a diy project and ended up with a lot left over so I decided to put them to good use.Bought a few diferent battery casses and gave them a try.It does work well and does what it says but the battery readout is verry innaccurate and the case also feels cheap, considering for a few more pounds you can get a new power bank you have to decide if it`s worh it..

decent product for the price. Although it's not recommended to use recycled battery, but it seems to work pretty well.

The item is less than 6 months old, and for some reason has stopped working? This has had limited use and was just going to start using fully, only to find the electronics has gotten stuck in a loop, discharging full batteries installed, but not charging.Very disappointed

This is the daddy of battery packs, it's very big n heavy. You need to supply 16 off 18650 cells and they are all in parallel so you need to make sure they are evenly matched before filling the pack, I charged them to full first so I could be sure that one would not draw current from the others. The range of inputs and outputs is very good, this will be great to keep my and my friends equipment charged when away, although it really is a bit heavy to carry around!
