*Free product provided for evaluation and review.*For years I've carried Vera Bradley fabric purses almost exclusively, but this one really caught my eye. I love the style, with London written with hints of the Union Jack. I was just as pleased when it arrived.It is PCV leather, but it looks like leather. It has a slight pebble to the grain, and is thick, and very well sewn. It has nice hardware, it looks very sturdy with gold tone, it isn't brass but it's attractive and most importantly, functions well. The zipper is metal and works great, and it has two rather large pulltabs in goldtone on it. All the hardware matches.The bag is big enough to hold my junk - I'll show you inside the purse, but I keep a large wallet, 2 small wallets that just hold cards, a mini-notebook, a small note pad, pen, makeup compact, lipstick, a charging cable for my phone, small sample size tissue, some clean wipes, hairbrush that folds down, and a large Infinity pad in my purse. It all fit with a bit of room to spare, and the two big pockets on one side, and zippered compartment on the other, helps it look nicely organized.The shoulder strap is how I carry it. It's nice and long. It might be a bit nicer if there were a thicker square at the top because it would be a bit more comfortable, but most people won't mind. Different styles can be bought separately, like this one:  Planet Waves Gel Guitar Strap Shoulder Pad  if you keep a heavy bag and that's an issue for you.I carried it out tonight and everyone loved it. My 20 year old son really likes it too, and he's an aspiring fashion designer and has great taste. He helped me look over the sewing - inside and out - and we both agree that it is a very well sewn bag. The only problem might be the smallish tabs on the handle- IF you plan on carrying it by the handle exclusively, and putting a lot of weight in the bag, in time those could come off or tear in that area. I use the strap so it doesn't matter to me. Also note, there are no feet on this bag.Overall, it is a very fashionable bag that I'm proud to carry, it's easy to open and roomy, and has a nice matching open interior with great pockets on the sides. It's well sewn for a fashion bag, and while it isn't designer quality, it's quite nice really. I don't expect it to last forever, but it looks durable enough to last until I decide I want a new bag, and I think it is a good value. I'm pleased.Only time will tell how the print job endures. If I have problems with it in the next few months, I'll update the review.
