Love.!The book.
I definitely love this book. The artist did a great job with the variations. It’s a good starter for a blank page. Also good for adults and I think children interested in art.

LOVE. THIS
I. LOVE. THIS. BOOK. I initially bought this book for my 12 year old niece who has recently discovered a talent for drawing animals. I’m also an artist and thought “what a great idea for beginners!”. When I got it home and flipped through I realized this is a great resource and exercise for me too! Sometimes we artists get used to drawing things a certain way.. and that’s ok, that’s our style, our brand. But it’s good to stretch your creativity or take a bit of this and that and add it into your own work to keep things fresh. I immediately ordered one for myself and use it often. I’m horrible and drawing animals, flowers are my thing, so this has definitely helped me expand my art. Thanks!

Great references for casual drawing and/or illustrators
Easy collective of illustrations to use as references for kids and adults. Whether you are casually drawing or an aspiring illustrator - this book gives a plethora of ways/styles to draw a variety of different items. This is not step by step. It's more of a collection of drawing styles with a practice page to the right.** Bonus * pages = good quality.

Such Fun!
This book gives one confidence in drawing as many variations of different subjects are presented in easy to copy styles. The many ways to approach drawing a subject help the artist develop a reference for future drawings where the examples can be combined into scenes. It feels so good to be proud of what you can create using the suggestions in this book either by copying them or incorporating them another form. This book is a keeper!

Not step by step
Not a step by step book (I thought it was - should have read the description better). But lots of examples of different ways to draw things simply. Not sure if I’m going to keep it.

This is the one to buy!
If you're going to buy a "20 ways to draw....book " don't waste your money on the separate books because this one has everything! It's a big book and has sooooo much in it it. This is a reference I will use a lot for the art I do. If you like fun, whimsical, illustrative type drawings you'll love this. If you prefer realistic drawing this will probably not interest you. I just love it.
