Not to hard, not too soft, just right 👍
Comfortable material, lightweight foam roller. Does the job and has a amazing texture to it that grips to the floor. Has that gym high class feel to it, best foam roller i have ever bought in terms of quality and effectiveness.

Great sturdy roller. Perfect length to cover the whole spine and head for an average tall person. Nice colour. Easy to clean.

Nice and spongy foam roller
Does what it's meant to do.Short foam roller is easier to store.It's the right firmness, not too firm or too soft.Has slight ridges on roller which helps work the muscles without it feeling too rough.Would recommend to others.Arrived in excellent condition.

Great help with back pain
Being a tall person I'm used to having back pain. I do alot of stretches to help alleviate this. After following some videos I found out that using a foam roller can help with these exercises. This roller is great for what I need, it's very sturdy and it's been put to the test. My dog got a hold of it the day it arrived and it survived. It's ribbed surface really massages the low of my back when doing some of my exercises and as its firm you really can feel it. As it's my first ever foam roller I can't compare it to anything else but it definitely does the job and I fully recommend this product.
