I haven’t quite figured out how to do it but I know it works! I made some pretty julienned carrots by accident. Accidentally correct. It requires a really light touch. No heavy hand. Practice makes perfect.

Did not work well. The item is flimsy and the material is way too light to be resistant. The blade isn’t sharp either, barely cutting through the items I peeled

It doesn't feel real sturdy. It feels fragile. It shaves the cabbage way too thin for my liking and it's not easy to use. It could be something I'm doing... I'll have to do more research.

This utensil is useless and should never be for sale on Amazon or anywhere. It broke at the first attempt to use it. Thankfully I purchased two at the same time to give to someone but had to use it and it broke!

Makes cutting cabbage so much easier! Seems pretty sturdy as well!
