Looks great, but pattern was more difficult than I thought

Loved this style sewing pattern. Can’t wait to see now.

I love this dress and made it strictly to the pattern but was at a loss as to why the pattern seemed to over complicate it. I could see no reason to put a zip in a dress with a elasticated back, not could I see the point in putting a seam in the bodice front, all it did was make the seam bulky at the neck corners. Next time I make it I’ll cut those front side pieces in one piece. The tie across the back is only necessary because the neck is designed too wide and falls off your shoulders without it. The back has rows of 1cm elastic in- why not just Shirr it? All that said I love the dress but next time I’ll be tweaking the pattern

I had a dress like this years ago, I never thought I would get the chance to get another. Although, I no longer have a good figure but I think it will still work.

Used the pattern to create a vacation dress. Used a lightweight cotton/linen blend and it turned out beautifully. I received many compliments. The instructions were easy to follow. Though I am an experienced sewerthe pattern would be good for a beginner sewer. Endless possibilities.

Was mir hier nicht so gefällt ist es wird super dünnes Papier verwendet welches schnell reißt.Und Angaben wären schön wenn es in deutsch wäre

Tres decu aucune instruction en francais et sur la pochette sa mentionne bien le francais
