I GENIETTI Rotary TENDERIZER, Silver

I love this product. In the past I have always used the hammer type of tenderizer. I have always loved my hammer, but I have to be careful not to sling pieces of meat all over the room as I hammer away. This tenderizer keeps the job simple. A couple of rolls and I’m done. I especially like the metal “claws” (not sure what they are called). They really dig in to the meat and give it a good “tenderizing”. I have never used it on pastries as I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but I am sure it would work great. If it can handle meat, dough should not be an issue. The only down side is cleanup. If you push too hard, some pieces of meat become lodged in the holes and can be a little troublesome to remove. However, I have the same issue with the hammer tenderizer, but a good soaking for both usually helps to dislodge any small pieces.I am happy with this product and would highly recommend this tenderizer. Nice quality, nice size 9.9 x 3.5 x 1.3 inches, light weight yet durable, comfortable to hold and use. Not sure what it's made of (didn't say on the card it came with or online) but it seems to be stainless steel. It's very easy to use you just hold the handle and roll it over the item you want to use it on. Personally I'm only going to use it on Pastry and Pizza Dough type items, it does a really good job to aerate the dough and make it come out nicer, It also says you can use it as a Meat Tenderizer and I'm sure it would work good at that too. I'm sure I will get many years of use out of the handy kitchen gadget (I had never seen this type of item before and am so glad I found it while looking at other cooking tools on Amazon). Easy to order and quick delivery (2 days - I have Amazon Prime). It arrived in good condition and looks like the picture posted online. I received this at a discount in exchange for a honest review.

love this meat tenderizer! It arrived quicker than i expected which is always good! it does exactly what it is supposed to do (flatten or tenderize the meat) I mostly eat chicken so this has been good for me to even out the chicken before I grill it so I get an even cook all the way around. I dont have to worry about one part being cooked and not the other half. I would recommend this product*I received this product at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review
