My trainer got a sample of this cream and was telling me how good it was, and he's tried pretty much everything for pain and injuries. He said they just started selling on Amazon, so I wanted to try it out. It arrived yesterday so I used it right after the gym on my shoulders and knee because my shoulders were burning after a brutal shoulder/chest/tri workout and my knee is almost always sore. I was surprised how easily it rubbed in, not greasy at all. It feels nice and cool and has a nice minty smell, but not too strong like some rubs. After a couple minutes, I couldn't even smell it, so you could definitely put on clothes right after using it and go out with nobody noticing. I was really impressed how quick my shoulder pain went away. My knee pain went from about an 8 to a 3 pretty quickly too, which I didn't expect. It was probably from the cooling effect of the menthol in it, but I'm really more interested in it because of the Arnica and MSM. They're really good for pain and inflammation, and way healthier and more natural than taking stuff like advil all the time. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good pain relief cream. Since I already have a tendlite (LOVE!!!) the company that makes it sent me an announcement that they had launched a natural topical pain medication on Amazon, which is the Flexa Cream. Since I had really liked their light, I thought this would be something I could use with it for additional pain relief or for some muscle pain that I get sometimes. I contacted the company and they were great. They got back to me super quickly and reminded me that if I was using both, I should apply the cream after the light, as the skin needs to be clean and dry when you use red light therapy. So I used the light on my problem joints and it always works well, but I found that adding the flexa cream afterward made my pain even less, so I've been using the cream once or twice a day after the light and I really like it! My doctor said that the arnica in it is good to use regularly for pain and this cream feels really nice when you put it on.

I have used it once--in a non-critical situation. I could feel the menthol and I think this might be an effective product for my peripheral neuropathy.

This is a nice topical to help with that throbbing pain, soreness & that pulled muscle feeling. Although it doesn't heal...it does make the area in pain feel better and you have some temporary relief. The menthol is heavenly!

I had a very serious case of bursitis on my right shoulder. I was going to physical therapy two times a week with some relief.I could not let my arm to the side without much pain and could not lay on my right side in bed. I went on Amazon to start looking for different products to try, I had tried many types and patches with very little relief. I purchased FLEXA and started to use it with my Pure Wave muscle massage machine that I bought on Amazon and in two days I could raise my arm and after a week of use I can lay on my right side and have very little pain. I'm not a person to do advertising for a product but I'm very impressed with Flexa and my results. It may not work for you but it did it's job for me. I will always have a jar around the house.

I've had this cream for almost a month now and I'm almost out. I Definitely want more! Besides working on my feet, over the years I've been a competitive cyclist, triathlete and also really beat my knees up doing years worth of mogul skiing. I've had knee surgeries including microfracture surgery, but even with surgeries and injections, I'm still often in pain. My knees are bone on bone, but I'm not ready for knee replacements at my age, so I'm always looking for new things that will help me put off major surgery. I'm planning on doing Lava Man's Olympic length triathlon again in Hawaii this April and this cream has really soothed my knee pain after training workouts. I like the immediate soothing pain relief and feel like the longer I use it, the better it is at keeping my inflammation under control with the arnica and other natural anti-inflammatory ingredients in it. It's definitely my "go to" pain reliever.
