Logitech MX Keys & MX Master 3 Mouse for Business Combo, Wireless, Ergonomic, Secured Logi Bolt Technology, Bluetooth, Globally Certified, Windows/Mac/Chrome/Linux - Graphite

I was hesitant to spend nearly $200 on a keyboard and mouse given how many I've gone through over the years. I bit the bullet and ordered the combo pack. It arrived today and I'm made at myself for not ordering it sooner. The materials are of the highest quality and has the perfect setup for my Windows and Mac OS systems. Going between the two multiple times a day and having to use different commands, this keyboard solved all of these issues. Don't think twice, buy it!

Nice Keyboard with a slightly different layout and function than I am used to. It has a nice weight to it. More use of the Function key is necessary but, not to bad. f5 to refresh screen is now FN f5. I am getting used to the somewhat smaller layout (More compact), no front apron to rest hands on. Battery time is good so far. More than what the description led me to think. All in all very Satisfied.

I like the fourth factor if this keyboard, and it had a really good "feel". Charge lasts a long time. Mouse feels really solid, but I wish the middle click was a little easier to use. Because the scroll wheel is very sensitive, I have to be careful when middle clicking not to scroll. This is an issue with me for a lot of mice where they try to make a smooth scroll action. If I had it to do over again, I would just buy the keyboard without the mouse. Again, nothing terrible about the mouse, just not to my preferences.

Nice build quality, attractive. However to switch between computers you have to switch both the keyboard and the mouse. The keyboard has three buttons for switching, but the mouse must be turned over and there is a very small button that must be pushed repeatedly to cycle between the systems. With a nearly $200 mouse keyboard combo you would think that they could have the selection buttons on the keyboard also control which system the mouse was talking to. Initially I couldn't believe that it was true, but a call to their tech support confirmed this "feature". Lame! Probably will return.

The hardware is excellent, great feel for typing and using the mouse. My gripe is with Logi Options+ the customization software. The installer requires an internet connection to download additional files to install and is blocked by my company's cybersecurity policies. The previous version of Logi Options was self-contained and didn't require additional access to the internet. I've been to the support forums with other technical folks who have done a lot of legwork trying to get this software to run in an business environment and Logi support has been lacking. Logi - please make the Options+ software self-contained so we can customize this software on an enterprise environment. Without the hardware we are missing a large percentage of functionality and paying a premium for it.

Between my business office and home office, throughout my career I believe I have had practically used / owned practically every keyboard produced during that timeline. The Logi MX is a very impressive keyboard in quality and overall responsiveness. It is not a gaming keyboard, rather more of an executive class keyboard than any other. Very high quality, metal housing, high durability ... highly recommend over the typical plastic keyboards.

Keypoint: If you intend of have two sets of keyboard/mouse operate off one USB dongle, you must confirm both sets of hardware operate that either A) Both use Unifying Receiver (MX Keys) or B) Both use LogiBolt (MX Keys for Business) Otherwise, you will need to occupy 2 USB-A ports in your machine (Unless you connect the devices via Bluetooth, which my computer isn't great at). Bought an MX Keys keyboard Fall of 2021 and really like the product. Works great and natively added on to my existing Unifying receiver used for my MX Mouse I've had for years. I now in the winter of 2022 wanted an MX Keys & Mouse for my office so that I could have 1 USB-A dongle in my PC to work with everything (USB-A slots are a premium for me due to HP's poor laptop docking tech). I Proceeded to order an MX Keys For Business (keyboard and mouse) to do this. The "For Business" model means the devices use a USB-A dongle that operates on "LogiBolt" communications, NOT the Unifying Receiver I had before with the unit I bought in the fall. The LogiBolt dongle does not possess both communication protocols so to go to 1 dongle, you'd need to connect some devices via bluetooth. Bluetooth doesn't work for me well due to settings my employer doesn't allow me to change on the PC involving bluetooth shutting off during sleep. So now to use all my keyboard and mouse hardware new within the last 4 months I have to use 2 USB-A dongles. All of this may be a minor point for some, but it's problematic for me The products themselves work great, the dongle factor for two products sold in the market at the same time seems likely to be a problem for customers.

The most solid keyboard I have ever owned…great asset. Heavy, quality and can connect multiple devices with ease. Worth the purchase both on Keyboard and Mouse.

Connections issues? CHECK YOUR OS. Are you using a PC or a Mac? Yes, it does matter. The BUSINESS Combo uses the Logi Bolt USB Receiver (the one with the yellow marking) and works fine with a new macMini running Monterey. Read Logitech’s product page, where you’ll learn which items pair with which. Don’t trash a keyboard and mouse combo because you bought the wrong version. Even though I’m a terrible typist, this keyboard helps my fingers slide over the keys effortlessly – it’s the best I’ve ever owned. Initially, I viewed the lighting as a gimmick, but now I love it. I’ve had the keyboard and mouse for over a month and have not had to charge either.
