Great value for a convenient knife

This is the plain jane and it works. It has a metal slide that clicks firmly in place each time and stays there. they make these fancy ones now that are suppose to make changing the blade easy and they will make you mad. that is not good when you are working. If you an keep from losing it, it will never wear out.

I RECEIVED TWO UTILITY KNIVES AND I CANNOT OPEN THEM.. THE SCREWS ARE VERY HAD TO BUDGE..I AM 90 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH TO BUDGE THEM..SO AS FAR AS I CAN SEE THEY ARE USLESS TO ME AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND UNLESS YOU CAN SHOW ME AN EASY WAY TO OPEN THEM....THANK YOU

Utility nice was scratched on both sides. Almost as if it was dropped or dragged before being placed in the shipping envelope. It works but doesn’t look new, looks used.

Piece of Junk!
I expected that this utility knife by Stanley would be an easy to use valuable tool. Unfortunately, this is a PIECE of JUNK. What does it say when users have to Google how to replace the cutting blade and, after following the instructions exactly, it still takes multiple tries to get a new blade seated and functioning correctly. If you buy this piece of junk and you try to replace the blade, please be careful as it is very easy to cut yourself trying to get all the pieces lined up correctly and close the casing while retaining the functionality of the knife. Do yourselves a favor, buy a different knife and save yourselves frustration.
