KAPCO EF8585 Easy Cover Book Cover II, 8.5" x 5.75", Pack of 5

I've used this type of paperback book protector before. Had gone to mostly buying hardback books. And then mostly electronic books. When I found a book that I wanted in a physical bound edition, which was only available in paperback, I was glad to have found this type of cover again. Love it.

I love these covers. I used them to bind some 2 - 3 inch thick books that I bound by sewing and gluing together some 81/2 by 11 inch sheets together and covering them with poster board covers. These Kapco covers essentially turn the books into hardcover (almost) books. Really nice and they will likely last forever. Thanks Kapco!

I’ve purchased these covers in the past and they were high quality, easy to install without hiccups. The most current ones I received have a plain white backing (without the Kapco logo), are much more glossy, the backing doesn’t peel off as easily and the cover doesn’t lay down as cleanly as in the past. Either the company has cheapened their product or there are counterfeit covers being sold.

Excellent product. The how-to video is very helpful. I am thrilled to now have several of my heavily-used paperbacks repaired and reinfoced.I am wondering if I should try this on a hardback book.

Excellent for paperback books.

I was able to protect a family cook book with this product. The video instructions on youtube made the installation very easy. The product is very robust, adds rigidity and protection. It also applies very smoothly. Great product. Will definitely use it to protect some of my favorite books.

Love this product! Makes a paperback book as durable if not more durable than a hardback. Great for adding toughness to my well read novels. Protecting my 2 years olds favorite books is next.

A little tricky putting it on but works great. You will get air pockets on books with embossing on the cover.
