Sorby ProEdge Trizact Belt, 600 Grit

When I am working on the lathe, I keep a 600 grit Trizact belt on my Sorby ProEdge to quickly touch up the edge on my tools. It yields an edge competitive with that produced by a 600 grit diamond hone only faster and, in my hands, more easily controlled.

These are my go to belts for sharpening and minor shaping of knife blades. I am very pleased with the product, but also very disappointed that they were shipped in a plastic envelope, virtually no protection. Somehow they came through the post unscathed.

Works great. This belt and the 240 grit are my two I use the most. Nice touch up belt.

Seller: Please measure more carefully! The product itself is fine, but the belt is too long, rendering it unusable on my belt grinder. I will now have to cut it to the proper length and re-tape it.
