I know 0 about archery. I bought it for my grandson who has became a major archery enthusiast and he says it is very useful. He loves it.

So I bought this to keep track of my own draw weight as I change it on my 60-70# bow. About a week ago, I had our local pro shop set the weight to 65# since I was already in the area and I didn't have as scale to check. Well, this scale came in today and I was excited to give it a try to check it's accuracy. First pull reads 25#. Then, it was fluctuating between 50-60#. This thing is absolute garbage.Secondly, it says it comes with a battery and the instructions state to open the back to install the included battery. Funny enough, the battery was already installed and was stating "Lo", meaning I had to change out the battery that came with it. What a poor product, I will absolutely be getting a refund and a proper scale. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. It's a shame that Amazon allows their online store to flood with this Chinese junk anymore.

I use this alot. Comparing actual weights of different bows before and after all accessories installed. And it's great for checking draw weights. Seems fairly accurate. It's been a great addition for me.

The first 10 times the scale was accurate. now it shows 1 to 2 lbs of difference every time I draw my bow. You get what you pay for.

So far so good, came to full draw twice (w an arrow nocked) and both readings were pretty much even and about what I thought it would be at.

I got this for my husband, and he likes it, it does what it’s suppose to do, he said he would buy it again if he needed to.
