Good for daytime. 3XL pull-ups comes in Ultra only. UPDATE!
FitRight 3XL, Ultra, 20 count, cost $30.88 ($1.54/ct.) on Prime Day Deal. They normally cost $39.99 for 20 count. I am a plus size lady, waist 45", hips 57 1/2", 5'3" tall, weigh 205 lbs. & wear 3xShort. I wear disposable pull-ups seven days a week and on a average of 16 hrs a day. I have tried the 2xl in this brand and they were too tight. The size 3xl in this brand fIts me the best. They are very soft and snug(not tight). They fit like full coverage panties. It is very hard to find this item in a size 3xl. I have purchased this brand many times for day time use only. They work well for me during the day. Like any pull-ups, if you wear them too long they will leak. I'm not a fan of drinking lots of fluid due to fluid retention and able to go to the bathroom occasionally. I have to use a walker & sometimes accidents do happen. The leg openings are large enough that they do not dig into my legs when sitting for a long period of time and do not leak around the legs. The package indicates they are high-rise waist pull-ups. Being a short person, they are about 1" too long from crotch to waist line and a little wide through the crotch but neither of these issues cause any discomfort. I think they are reasonably priced. I wished they offered the more you buy the cheaper they would be. LivDry makes a 3xl in this item in "Night Protection" which is what I use at night and they work very well for me at night. On front of FitRight package under word "UNDERWEAR" it says Heavy, Ultra, Super, Extended Wear. I've noticed they have changed the words on the front of the package under "UNDERWEAR" to Heavy, Ultra, Maximum, Overnight. The word Ultra was not outlined in white like the other words. I'm thinking these are Ultra strength and the company must make them in other strengths. UPDATE: I called the company to inquire about the other strengths Heavy, Ultra, Super, Extended Wear, Maximum, & Overnight in the 3XL pull-up. I was told the 3XL pull-ups ONLY comes in Ultra for light to moderate incontinence. So you can disregard the words heavy, super, extended wear, maximum & overnight as they do not apply to 3XL pull-ups. I think this is very misleading!

Very good product
I purchased these for a gentleman that I have been providing care for And so far, these have exceeded expectations. From his feedback, he says that the quality is much better than other brands of disposable underwear that he has tried. The absorbency and thickness Have provided assurance of no nighttime leakage and have a fairly good hold capacity. The size fits great for the gentlemen that I bought them for And says the waistband is very comfortable and soft. Overall, these are a great value and would definitely recommend.

They work well
I got them for a handicapped man. Depends didn't come that big. They don't tear putting them on and they're not binding when sitting down as he cannot walk so well...sitting comfortably is important. These are pricy compared to others, but they're also a more superior product after trying 2 other products prior.

Freak period protection for menstruating women
Warning--TMI and lots of period talk with descriptors. As a 30-something woman who has never been pregnant, I have zero experience with incontinence underwear. I'm plus-sized and never dreamed they were even made in my size.Being plus-sized, I have unbalanced hormones and recently had an intense period that took me to the ER last week because it was so heavy. I was bleeding through 2-3 super+ tampons PLUS 6 overnight pads (wearing 2 at a time) in an hour. After my ER visit, I decided I couldn't handle the constant changing and leaking all over my clothes. I found these and they have been a lifesaver.First, I wear 28W bottoms and have thick legs, and was very surprised that these fit so well.Every hour or so I go to the bathroom and have thick, heavy clots the size of golf balls and gummy worms waiting for me. They are full of blood and haven't even begun to soak through. They have INCREDIBLE capacity and absorbency. And while others complain about the width of the gusset, I like it for the most part because bigger women have wider lady bits. The first couple of days I wore them, nothing leaked out the side. Now for some reason, some blood finds itself making its way to the elasticized part on the edge of the gusset. The material absorbs it, but it still goes off the absorbent pad. I'd prefer the elastic part to be more fitted to prevent this. When I put them on, I have to do a bit of a squat to pull the elastic tightly up into my leg crease and try to prevent the leaks from meandering to the side.I haven't tried the tear-away option, but having just read about it in the reviews, I plan to so I don't have to juggle my pant legs tangling up in leg holes when removing.I dock a star for the issues mentioned, but honestly, the sizing and availability of these have been so helpful and made this situation I'm in less stressful until we find a medical solution. I was hesitant to give in to incontinence underwear, but if you're struggling with a heavy period, just DO IT. You'll be glad you did.

Stretchy and comfortable
The stretch is very important with these. Too bad they don't come in 2 xl. The hold capacity is usually 2 to 3 urinates. Have to sit up so urine does not leak out. Absorbency is good . The quality is decent. Ease of use is easy they're pull up style underwear diapers.

Not the best
I'm going to be real here. These are not great for one main reason. The crotch is way too wide. You practically have to do the splits to get them in place, or else have a thigh gap of 12 inches. They fit around well. But it's next to impossible to get them in place in the crotch area. I literally had droopy drawers that didn't protect anything! If they could make the crotch narrower then I would've given them a much better rating. As it is, these don't protect well due to this fact.

Comfortable but leaky
Don't stop leaks and do not hold much liquid. They are very comfortable.

Fit
I really didn’t like the fit. I thought the elastic would be a little tighter. The leaks came right through on the clothes. The price was very good.
