Despicable Me 2: Attack of the Evil Minions! Paperback – August 2, 2016

My son loves this book. He has me read it to him every day I'm pretty much tired of this book I've read it so much. I pretty much know it word by word.

My six year old read this and will practice reading more with other books.. he also read some other minion stories

Fun book for kids even if they haven't seen the movie! I have a 3.5 and 2yr old and they both asked for it over and over after the first reading.

The pictures are wonderful but the way the story was written seems really choppy to me - the same story could have been told in a more fluent way. I bought this for a gift and I am not sure if my nephew has enjoyed the book but it did not impress me. I do like that the front cover of the book (hardcover) has a hole for the eye so when you open it you put your own eye up to the book to look through as if you are the evil minion.

The story and illustrations are great. But this is NOT a paperback, it's a big hard cover book. Even after trying to resolve it with returns twice, I ended up with a third HARD cover book. I hope they'll fix their description so that no one else has to go through the frustration I went through.

great book my 7 year old son will love to read it. It came in great condition and the art work is great not too hard for him to read.

My granddaughter, Jada, loves this book. I gave it to her on her 7th birthday with a one eyed evil Minion. She squealed with delight.

I purchased this book for my 5 year old son who loves the Minions in Despicable Me. This book is a brief of the second Despicable Me film. It is illustrated really cartoony. The whole book is the same style as the front and is sort of basic block colours. There is only a couple of sentences per page. My son really likes it. There are a lot of minions to look at - he has not as fussed about anything except the minions. I wouldnt say it is ideal for a child older than maybe 6 or 7 as it does seem to be aimed more at the younger audience. There are other books - Undercover Super Spies etc that seem to be illustrated more like the film. I have never read them but they may be better if you are looking for a book for an older fan.

great book, story is a little different to the film, but this has been read many times for bedtime for my 5 yr old.
