I use these in an outpatient Physical Therapy practice. They hold up well.

Great for TENS
I have had this brand before and just used the last of my last purchase 5 years ago. Make sure you don't have dirty or oily skin. For best adhesion clean area with alcohol wipe. After use put back in zip bag so they don't dry out between uses. The smaller size burns my skin more than the larger(these). Will use again.

So much better than other brands!
They stick longer than the other brands I've tried, and I use the trick I used with those other brands to get them to last even longer, which is to wet the gel sides slightly before slapping them on. With this strategy, I got probably about 4 weeks out of each set of electrodes with daily use versus 2 at best from other brands.
