Is this brand really much better than the cheaper stuff from Bulk Supplements?

I have yet to try the cheaper brand from “bulk supplements.” So, I cannot compare between the two.

Yes, its a tablet with carboxymethyl cellulose (cellulose derivative), microcrystalline cellulose (wood pulp derivative), and titanium dioxide as the other ingredients. No animal products.

How many mg is a capsule

A serving is 2,000mg and there are 3 tablets in a serving, so roughly 667mg per tablet.

How much bigger does it make your muscles And how long does it take to start working?

Take anywhere from 3-6 tablets 45 minutes before workout and make sure to drink alot of water because that is what will swell your muscles, it should work the first time you use it. I take them with my Pre workout scoop, along with L- Citrulline 6-8 grams if its not already in my Prewkout. I guarantee you will get a pump, if you dont then your hydration and or food intake is inadequate. Also I will cycle HydroMax as there is a dulling effect if used for months on end as I did so I will take a whole bottle maybe 2 then skip a month and then get back on as it works for me this way.
