We can not get these to work. My mom bought one for each of my kids and we can't get them to work. Does anyone have any tips?

I bought this peticular product because i had used another type product with success.it also had a book of shapes and we had them going up to the ceiling. Was so excited for my granddaughters to use this but on xmas, it did not work like the other kit had. I feel it does not work around this area ( pa) in comder monthes because there is so much static. I had used the 1st one(not harry potter one) in late summer, early fall and it was amazing. Were are gonna retry when the static is gone.- michele

Where can you buy replacement floaters?

Did not like the product and returned it.
