Scratch protective film is hard to remove at times besides that product is as advertised 10/10

Anything dies in this thing
I put a colony of ants in it, the entire colony died in just a few hours. I felt bad for the rest and immediately took them out and released them. Kept it open and unused, any ant or bug that goes inside it died either instantly or in a few hours. Don't get this for your insects!!! Plus I ordered the bigger one and they gave me a tiny one, not that its important because I've trashed it.

No seal
The seal is not tight around the corners. I am disappointed because I had hoped to house smaller ant species within, but this will lead to escapes.

Box not transparent
Came with everything described, but the box has paper glued on it that won't come off, making it useless. Why was this sent out like this?
