I bought these once and when i emptyed the eggs into the water i noticed small clear balls well my second package has none does that mean no eggs??

The small clear balls could have been a shell from a crustacean bag, but those are not the eggs.

Does it come with a contaner?

No it does not. You can pick up a container/dish for them at any hardware store for about $.30, or recycle a salad container/petry dish/or any other shallow plastic/glass container.

What species of triops are these?

The ones I get were Triops cranciformis...

If the conditions are ideal, then they will lay eggs, but typically, no.
