I was surprised to see that they both looked brand new! There was room for my canteen, canteen cup, lid, scrubbie pad and a small spoon inside the canteen cover. I'm tempted to buy everyone I know one of these for Christmas. They are that high quality. I look forward to using mine during hog season in the state forest here in Florida. Everyone who reads this should buy this set!

Even though it advertises the carrier as used. It came in practically brand new. Barely viable wear on the holder. And the bottle was brand new, and as suspected came in as factory new quality. Amazing quality, and the price point just makes it an absolute must buy!

cover is insulated, will keep drinks cold/cooler in the heat. plus it can be hosed off to clean and let dry and the fleece inside is still good. the canteen does not have the tope for drinking in MOPP gear, but i don't expect to use it. the canteen should out last you unless you have 13 thieves that follow you and chew those as well as your gloves up

Overall A Pretty Good item!..... I got pretty much what i wanted/expected here... Cons: Not brand new a surplus product!. Canteen itself is definitely US Mil Issue. Another great purchase from Ammo Can Man! Authentic surplus military canteen. The canteen arrived quickly and the sleeve was in good condition with new canteen insert included. It was a gift for my son and he loves it. He uses it every day. He says it keeps his water chilled the whole day. The canteen sleeve had a soldier’s last name on bottom and his military can opener tucked into the pocket which made it all the more interesting!

The canteen cover I received was in good condition, and the new canteen plus cover here was cheaper than my local surplus store charges for used gear. There's also a pouch for some water purification tablets if you need to refill from questionable water sources. Add those tablets, a canteen cup, and utensils and you have a decent backpacking mess kit.

Use: Very useful and sturdy

The plastic canteen works fine and is new - no leaks at the cap. The cover also looked to be like new and was in very good condition.

Le di una buena lavada con un liquido para lavar alfombras y tapicerías (sin abrasivos) y quedo como nueva. La verdad recomiendo el producto y al vendedor.

Great product. The canteen that was sent actually has "made in USA" written on it, I've bought this type of canteen before and it didn't have it written, and is of a slightly different shape, material and colour. So there seems to be a bit of an inconsistency when it comes to the canteens. The pouch is fully functional with a small side pocket, it is worn out but it works. I actually like it being worn, it adds character. Alice clips work very well. I am very happy with the value for the price.

La cantimplora es nueva y exactamente la misma que usa el ejercito, el plástico es fácil que se ralle pero muy aguantador y grueso, la funda llego usada como lo dice el articulo pero en buen estado, solo la tuve que lavar por que olía un poco a humedad y tenia un poco de tierra

2 Days late , but the product is very good, just what I wanted for within this price range, I've read so many reviews seeing people complaining that it doesn't have US printed on it / dirty or it smells bad, mine came with no problem, it has US printed on it which I don't care because I live in Canada. And the canteen is also brand new , no bad smells , no dirt.
