Using for my dad, a patient of advanced Parkinsonism & bed ridden, since April 2021 till date . Very good quality parts - good tube, bag, quick drying fabric. (I dont know what other customers are complaining about).Having a major neuro related incontinence issue + a bed sore on his sacrum in the past, my dad was required to be without a diaper and expose his buttock region to air for better healing. This product keeps his urine smoothly draining out - without wetting the bed and needing to change bed linen repeatedly. It is non invasive unlike a catheter. Simple and practical functionality.Works with diapers too, but for patient comfort, use diaper briefly, only when stools are expected.CONS -1) Tight belt which gets spoilt/very loose in a month or so. (I use safety pins beyond that)2) Silicon cup lasts 1-3 months Max.* Spares need to be manufactured - to lessen wastage/ pollution.3) Standardization - inconsistent from unit to unit - sometimes a bag is leaking, sometimes the closing blue cap is loose, sometimes tube is loose at one end and.slips off, sometimes the silicon cup is twisted and causes leakes. It's a waste of money, as no returns. I refix damaged parts, using functional parts of older urinals.We've used over 3 dozen of these units over these years. Spent a lot of money.REQUESTING INDIAN MEDICAL ACCESSORY MANUFACTURERS: Please replicate this Chinese product in India and provide better standards.Life of product : is Day and night usage, roughly 1-3 months. The soft silicon cup gets hard and uncomfortable after that.P.S. I bought this product from WOW- horrible service. Delivery was delayed for 2 weeks+ and then returned to seller automatically. Refund never came. I gave up fighting, cause I'm busy looking after my very ill father.This retailer has a good product and delivery came in 1 day. Thanks.

Rubber collector wàll is not uniform, folds & obstrt passage. Pipe is thin folds &obstruct passage.waistband not comfortable.

Easy to use and hight utility while traveling abroad

These are so flimsy, stitches come off and doesn't sit in place. They need to be replaced every month if used regularly. Should have a better quality materials and improved design to increase comfort and longer life.

Very very useful, bought this for my father who is bedridden. Easy to use and handle. The yellow part is nipple quality rubber, hence no issues like rubbing or hurting. Regular emptying of the collection bag is required. Ensure that you don't wait for the bag to be full to empty it, else it will flow back and wet the bed.

It didn't work at the first go. Don't buy it
