This was recommended to me by a soft tissue and remedial therapist and it has made a huge impact already.

This product is great for your neck especially if you are a string musician or on the computer all day.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift, but I don't think I'll be giving it. It arrived in a plastic bag. No box, no pamphlet, write-up or diagrams. The color is darker than indicated, which isn't a big deal, but the overall look is of something bought at a dollar store. For the price, I expected some kind of packaging, so that the gift recipient doesn't need me standing right there to explain what it is or how it works. I'll be looking for a replacement in a local athletic therapy store, and will return this one
