Ordered the set of six glasses but 3 were smashed?? The box intact so how 3 got smashed I don't know...got a refund

Excellent glasses for the price
These are very good glasses, and for the price, they represent excellent value for money. They seem fairly robust (well as glass goes!) and ideal for everyday use.

Glasses arrived promptly but one was broken and three had a burnt residue on the stem that I could not remove do only had 8 useable glasses from 12

Broken on recept
Next day delivery turned into 3 days and one glass was broken on arrival.Each glass bubble wrapped in cardboard box and then an Amazon outer box. No damage to either boxes, suspect glass was broken when packing took place.Quality doesn’t justify price, returned.

SE AJUSTA A LO QUE QUERÍA PERO...COPA ROTA
Las copas son resistentes y el tamaño ideal para agua. Mi nota es más baja puesto que me llegó una copa rota y claro..... no voy a devolverlas....
