Could you mount a CPU holder to the underside?

The table thickness is about one inch. It is not designed to have a CPU mounted and I assume screwed into the underside of the desk. Depending on the size of the CPU and the mounting bracket, and size of screws needed it may work, but try at your own risk if you decide to do so.

can you add keyboard tray under it?

I would think so. Depending on which top you get. I have the bamboo one with the curved front edge. I think it would hold a keyboard tray, if I wanted one. THOUGH, the crossbar is about a foot back from the front where it curves inward, so make sure the tray you have in mind would fit how you want (and not stick out from the front too much). I'm not sure if Flexispot has keyboard trays, but you might check into that.
