Beware! wireless function stopped working after a few weeks & amazon cannot reach btu! btu, how do i get a replacement? cut a hole in new counters!!!

Same thing happened to us, so we contacted Amazon for replacement, and they shipped a new unit. No problem.

It may be UL listed but i think this answer to the question is intentionally misleading. It may be “UL listed “ generally as safe for use but anywhere in the US the National Electric Code(bare minimum safety requirements) requires 20Amp circuits be used in kitchens. This would be the equivalent of using a 15Amp extension chord for a 20A appliance. Not the best idea.

I have a 2.5 inch thick concrete countertops and I would like to know if there's enough screw tracks space for tightening the locking ring?

As best I remember there is about 3" of thread to fit into counter. It's been a while, but we really enjoy using coffee pot, toaster, phone charging Magnetic or USB.
